The Solutions

We implemented an AI-powered chatbot that integrates directly with a veterinary clinic's website, acting as a digital wellness concierge. The chatbot interacts with pet owners in a fun and professional manner, providing information on vaccinations and parasite prevention that is customized to their pet's specific breed, age, and lifestyle. It also collects valuable feedback on the pet's quality of life through a guided conversation, generating a summary report for the pet owner that is simultaneously sent to the clinic ahead of their next visit.
