The Solutions
We delivered a sophisticated iPad application that serves as an AI-powered sales assistant. The app integrates directly with core ERP and CRM systems, presenting the rep with a dashboard of the client's buying patterns. With a single tap, an AI engine instantly analyzes the past 18 months of purchase history, factors in seasonal trends using third-party data, and precisely applies all current marketing offers. It then produces a detailed, optimized suggested order that the rep can immediately discuss and refine with the client. Once approved, the order is pushed directly to fulfillment systems, eliminating manual entry.
